Reading Timer launcher extension - Page 2

hello, thanks for introducing the reading timer to the kindle touch. i have got a question according to the readability of the timer. when i use the timer to show me time to read to the end of the chapter it also shows me the time i have already read in this book. both are shown at the same time and they overlap each other so it is not readable. is there any possibility that this could be corrected? i use the reading timer in german language.

is it possible to show the time to read as on the paperwhite so there is no error in displaying this feature.

Maybe it is possible but I can't do it. It would require programming skills and knowledge which I don't have.

Ixtab, the genius who wrote the jbpatch extension for the kindle touch and the jailbreak for the paperwhite, already wrote an hack to modify the status line. I'm quite sure he can do it but I think that right now he's trying to port his jbpath to the paperwhite, fighting against code obfuscation and casting curses (in german).

I've also tried to port the PaperWhite plugin directly to the Kindle touch but it does not work.
