That will put Jetbook Color in difficulty because the resolution used will be color (800x600?)

That's more than slightly misleading. The jetBook Color has a display that behaves the same all the time whether you're showing documents/images containing colour or ones that are pure black and white. With this particular document as the text is black on a white background it should be nice and sharp (as the jetBook's underlying resolution is 1200x1600). I would expect the coloured lines to be a bit fuzzy as the colour resolution is only 600x800 but that doesn't suddenly make the whole screen 600x800. There's plenty of information around (on the mobileread wiki and eink's website) about how it works.

Please show us pictures if you could.
That is the idea of this and the other thread. A picture worth a thousand words.

What you are saying is very interesting. I am curious to see how it looks when you have colored text on each line. I will try to color the text on that document and I will uploaded it in the corresponding thread so you could show us the results if you have the time and want to do it.
Yet another question: let' say somehow you manage to install a PDF reader that does proper highlighting and uses colors for annotations. From what you are saying that portion of the text that is going to be highlighted in yellow let's say will have a haft the resolution of the text around it defeating the purpose of highlighting (which is to mark text to make it more visible)? Yellow was selected as highlighting color because it has the best contrast with the black of the letter. So now by highlighting you decrease the text...that is not good.
