Can't Purchase eBook outside of US?
I want to purchase an eBook called "Against Medical Advice" by James Patterson, but it looks like I can't purchase it because I'm not in the US. I've tried changing my Country to US, but my credit card's Australian so I can't get around it.
Does anyone know how I could get around this? If possible, can I Paypal the money to someone to purchase this on my behalf? |

Did you try FictionWise?
So far as I can tell, it does not require a credit card. It has a paypal option, and has a micropay account for banking money (or discounts). From Taxes at Fictionwise: Quote:

It's OK - I managed to get it, just not in the Format that I wanted. I'll have to convert it.
