Any way to change the blank epub added when new book?

The option was added a few revisions ago (wonderfully) to add a blank epub when adding a new book (Ctrl+Shift+E).

Is there any way to customize what adds by default? I'm focusing more on the start.xhtml file in particular.

I can't figure out what files if any in the configuration.

Short of running from source, no. At some point the editor will get support for macros, which will allow you to create a macro to easily replace the contents of start.html with whatever you like.
