Joseph Conrad: The Secret Agent (from Gutenberg 974.txt)

This is 'The Secret Agent' by Joseph Conrad from etext 974.txt
I used iliad.sty and pdflatex to convert it for the iLiad.

jls

You should use "book" as the document type, this way you can use \chapter, \part etc...

I have moved this thread to the iLiad Content area from the PRC/MOBI Download area as it is not a PRC formatted book.

If you had used Book Designer, you'd have been able to create a proper PRC file and then an LRF file for the Sony users. PDF most of the time is not a good format to use for book if it can be avoided. Is there anything in this text that would preclude using Book Designer?

Hyphenation and a good looking justified text for example ?

If the PDF is formatted for the right device, the output can look a lot better than Mobipocket/LRF.

But it's iLiad formatted, so this book would not look good on a Sony/Cybook. But, if it's PRC & LRF from Book Designer, it will work for all three devices.
