This quite unusual western (unusual Indians role, unusual romance... ) by B.M. Bowers, of Flying U fame, has already been posted here - unsurprisingly, by crutledge.

However, my version includes illustrations (from the Internet Archive), and the original HTML from GP has the italics restored and some misprints/faulty OCR corrected (there may be some left, the text was rather poor).
Calibre is to thank for the 'curly quotes', and Sigil for the facilities to generally editing, and particularly inserting the pictures.
