Vivlio light HD - pocketbook verse pro firmware

Hello everyone
Maybe some of you can help me.
I recently bought a vivlio light hd, which is a pocketbook verse pro sold in France.
The vivlio light hd has its own firmware versionr v634.6.8.2086.
I know that it is possible to install the firmware of the pocketbook verse pro model.
The procedure for the manual update should be to hold down the forward and backword buttons at the same time and then turn on the device.
I copied the SWUPDATE.BIN file of the latest pocketbook version (6.8.3796) to the root and I run the procedure.
But the ereader does nothing.
Am I doing something wrong?

This has happened to me as well. I kept trying and it eventually worked.
I don’t know if it’s a requirement or a coincidence but my device was charging when the process has finally worked.

To update, device must have been charged either to a capacity over 50% or being connected to a charger while updating.

Yesterday I had some time and tried to upgrade the firmware. Vivlio to pocketbook.
With the power supply connected, everything worked, as you told me.
Thank you very much for the support and kindness.
Just one last question, if you can answer me.
Is it possible to import notes from another e-reader into the pocketbook verse pro? (in my case bookeen saga).
