How many purchased PW 2013 and HDX 2013?

it would be interesting to see how many in this Forum purchased a PW 2013 and an HDX 2013 and if they had to get a refund or replacement.

Of course answers will reflect this moment in time. If your unit goes defective in the future, then it will not be reflected here. If your unit is doubtful, wait to answer the poll. If you are waiting to decide whether to purchase either a PW 2013 or an HDX 2013, again, wait to answer this poll.

You can answer as many of the options as necessary. Most will only need two options.

I received a good PW 2013 and a good HDX 2013 as of now.

Then vote option 1 since your unit is good enough to be a keeper.

I notice the PW 2013 keepers are in a 5.25 to 1 advantage. The XDX 2013 keepers are 100%.
That tends to prove that all the complaints pouring into this forum are from a very small MINORITY. The bottom line is that the silent, satisfied majority is HUGE.

It also proves that READING EBOOKS is the main function of these units and the PW 2013 is more than enough for most folks. The HDX is for those who want to stretch the window into other uses.

Just because a complaint is in the minority doesn't meant that it isn't legitimate.

I agree totally with that statement. However, due to the huge amounts of complaints registered here there is an appearance of a total breakdown in quality control.

As of this moment in time the keepers outnumber the returners by 4.43 to 1 for the PW 2013 and there have been no returners of the HDX 2013 at all.

This also tends to show that the vast majority of folks prefer the PW 2013 over the HDX 2013 by a margin of 10.3 to 1.
