PocketBook Inkpad Color 3 Store not working
Hi there, I recently bought a Pocketbook InkPad Color 3 and when I click on the 'store' app, instead of launching the store, it opens the browser. The firmware version installed is the latest one, 6.8.3671 from June 2024. I've even tried a factory reset but it still doesn't work. Has anyone else experienced this? Do you know how to fix this issue? Thanks a lot to everyone.

The problem was solved via remote by pocketbook assistance.
They asked me the serial number and after that the store was working again, with cloud options working. Thanks. |
