Cool Some question before my reader arrives
Hi all,
I just ordered my PRS 600 yesterday, so I haven't seen it working yet. I was wondering how well does a normal PDF file looks in it? I have tons of textbooks in pdf format and I would be thrilled to know that I can read them in my new reader. Maybe somebody knows where can I look at pictures of it, I've looked at some youtube videos but they always show epubs or something of the like. Another thing, does know if there is a way to look at a djvu file in a PRS?

AFAIK, there isn't a way to view djvu files on the Sony.

As far as PDF's go, yes it will read them. However keep in mind you'll be trying to read a PDF that's likely at least letter size if it's a text book and you'll be putting it on a screen that's much smaller than the actual PDF so the reading experience may not be what you're hoping for.

Hi eugenio and welcome to MobileRead. I mostly read ePub and .lrf books on my Sony 505 but have done a few PDFs and they've been fine.
