Another example that everything comes in bundles. I'm also trying to figure out what's happening on internal bus, trying to find the console pin, no success through.

What exactly are the steps needed to open the case of the 505 to get at the battery?

Very interesting and informative. Any idea on the size/capacity of the battery? The battery looks like the same one used in Sony Clie.

I wonder if the first battery shown 5.2 volts 1000 mAh would be compatible with the 505.

Maybe Mr igorsk can throw some light for us on the voltage/capacity of the battery since he has successfully "open up" the 505?
