Hacks Kindle (3) Keyboard : Upgrade and Jailbreak or Jailbreak and Upgrade??

Dear Friends,

I'm a newbie to Kindle and this site as well. I need your help.
I have Kindle 3 ( I hope this is Kindle Keyboard that is referred here.)

The serial prefix is B008 and Firmware 3.1
I want to update my firmware to 3.3 and also to JailBreak?

Should I jailbreak with FW 3.1 and then update to 3.3 or
Should I update to FW 3.3 and apply jailbreak ( "update_jailbreak_0.10.N_k3w-3.2.1_install.bin" - Kindle 3 WiFi (Only if running FW >= 3.2.1)"

Please let me know which method would be safe and advisable.
Also let me know the actual version of Jailbreak Update I should use for Kindle 3.3.

Hello Guys,

I wish to let know that I proceeded to Upgrade my FW from 3.1 to 3.3 and then installed all the "RELEVANT" hack updates corresponding to FW3.3 as per forum instructions
All went on well and everything is smooth.

Might be useful for someone.
