GL4: is it cooked?
Just brought a new glowlight 4 off of ebay and I was informed appx 5 months ago that nook could be rooted to android.
Fast forward and I bought it and I can see that the update.zip files don't work, the dev passwords are invalid, and that BN has locked up dev access to the public. I am no means an android dev, or tech saavy. do I just pack it up and return it? I don't wanna buy into the BN ecosystem, I want an android device. And if I should pack it up, what device do you recommend that has android that's actually accessible? thank you! |

I'm sorry that nobody jumped on this one and answered you.
Yes, of course the Glow4 can be rooted and it is Android. You don't need to have anything to do with B&N if you don't want to. |
