best solution for remote page turns? phone? bluetooth selfie remote? bluetooth mouse

brand new nova air is arriving thursday

. wondering which is the best way of advancing page turns?

i already have a logitech m720 bluetooth mouse i was thinking i could use for it?

mostly want the functionality of page turns remotely in koreader.

Onyx has their own clicker, like a TV remote.

The problem with a mouse, is that it will be identified as a mouse. Shocking, eh?
That means it will put a little arrow on the screen. It might disappear after a while.

The cheapest one button "selfie" clicker might work and might be good enough for you, or not.
They usually send something stupid, like Volume Up.
Your reader app may process that or you might be able to mod the app too.

I am using Momax BR-04 (I can only find the link for BR-03). It's around USD$14 but I got this for USD$5. This is the demo video. This works really well and it is small.

The idea is very simple. You just need a bluetooth device that can send volume up/down signal. I guess you can try Bluetooth audio button for cars and use it on your e-reader.

Advert
