Boox M92 problem
Good Morning All,
I recently purchased a boox m92, when I received it it did not work, I charged the m92 for a whole day, the orange light turned off and the m92 still did not turn on. I emailed the business that I got it from on how to rectify the problem to no avail. I sent the m92 back to the business of purchase and for what ever reason they refused to accept the parcel and now I am stuck with a device that wont work. Id like to fix this problem, any ideas on what it can be? at the moment its "charging" for the third time, and as usual ill presume that the orange will turn off, ill hit on button and still nothing, i have tried resetting it but nothing happens. Thank You |

I don't suppose you live in Melbourne Australia ?
Maybe someone who lives near you could help you open it up, take out the battery and put in a new one. I bought a spare stylus from Booxtor in Germany, as well as a spare battery. I'm sad you have troubles. |

Where did you buy it from. Didn't they provide some sort of warranty?
Anyways try to implement IluvToRead's suggestion if possible. Or else contact one of the Global Agencies of Onyx Boox nearest to you. Booxtor is a very helpful person and represents ereader-store.de Contact him |

Hi,
I live in a city near Sydney. I got it from Onyx-boox site, i sent it back to them wanting a refund but it got sent back and the package had unclaimed sticker on it in which i found to be an odd thing to see. Oh well i know now not to deal with that mob. I should of had searched around more, the deal on the e-reader site is way better than the one i got, no point crying about it ![]() Thanks for the help i appreciate it a lot. |

Some ideas
Look, I have some quite major assignments due on the 31st of May, so before then I can't do anything for you.
I would suggest trying to get back into contact with the site you bought it from. When you return stuff you buy over the internet you need to get what is called a Return Authorisation. It's like a ticket or a number which you use to return your stuff and get a refund. Also, when you get your return authorisation, they will tell you the exact address where to return it. This is how things usually happen. I don't know exactly the site where you bought it from, but you should try getting in touch with them again, and organising the return. After 31st of May I could help you if you like. Maybe you want to post it down here and I could try putting a new battery in. That's the only thing I could think of doing to try and help. I don't know. I bought a spare stylus and batter from Booxtor in Germany. (I included a scan of the envelope that arrived - just for thrills). Alternatively, if you can't get any luck with the place where you bought it from, you could post your m92 to Booxtor in Germany, and he could have a look at if for you. See how you go. P.S. I scribbled over my name and address, because I thought it was a bit dumb to put my name and address on the internet. |
