I also didn't manage to contact Hanvon via the website. I bought my WiseReader N800 on AliExpress, and the C920 may also be available there.

The problem is that if you are unable to contact anyone at the company, what happens if you need warranty repair? I would not buy from a company I could not get a hold of in any way.
