Arthur B Reeve: The Fourteen Points

I am currently preparing the Arthur B Reeve "Craig Kennedy" short story collection The Fourteen Points as an e-book. It has been taken from a pdf page scan, which unfortunately has four damaged pages, and I can't find any other on-line version with those pages intact.

If there is anyone on this forum who has or can find a copy of the 1925 book and can send me a scan of pages 143-146, from near the beginning of the story "Air"; or alternatively has access to Flynn's Magazine, 27 September 1924, where the story "Air" first appeared, and can provide some page images of the story, I would be very grateful.
