Cannot access content server
I had been able to use the content server until recently. Now I get a very strange message: " Failed to load books from calibre library, with error:
Failed to communicate with "/interface-data/books-init?library_id=S_Drive_Calibre_2018&sort=timestam p.desc&1654370395170", with status: [400 (error)] Bad Request Digest algorithm required fields missing" No idea what it means or how to fix. I also tried accessing it through the 127.0.0.1 method and got the same message. I am using the same user name and password as I originally set it up. Any ideas? This is a great feature I hate to have it not working..... Edit: Also my test of the server failed with the same message. Last edited by kbs24; 06-04-2022 at 03:32 PM. That error indicates whatever client you are using to access the server or a proxy you are accessing it through is not doing digest authentication correctly.
You can either switch to basic authentication in the server settings under advanced, choose the type of authentication or use a different client/proxy. |

Client is your reading device that is trying to contact the server.

Click sharing over the net, click the advanced tab read down the list of settings till you find "Choose the type of authentication used"
