Conversion settings are stored in the config directory. Go to Preferences->Advanced to see this directory. Per book settings are stored in the database file metadata.db

Is there a possibility to save a certain conversion setting? I have a weekly conversion to do and they all have a non-standard setting for structure detection. I would like to save these settings and reuse them at the next conversion.
