Free Book: Butcher Bird by Richard Kadrey

The nice people of Night Shade Books released a free version of Butcher Bird, by Richard Kadrey.

It already has had some attention on this forum, but I guess it should be in this thread, because this thread is the ultimate place to find free e-books on publishers' sites.

It seems this book is known under two titles:
