New recipe for RedaktionsNetzwerk Deutschland, updated recipe for saechsische.de

Hi,

the regional site saechsische.de for the Dresden area in Saxony has re-launched recently and the existing Calibre recipe stopped working. An updated recipe to download free articles from the site is attached.

Also, please find attached a new Calibre recipe for RedaktionsNetzwerk Deutschland (rnd.de), this is more or less identical since both sites use the same HTML.
There are other regional newspapers which are partners of RedaktionsNetzwerk Deutschland. So modifying the recipe to download those newspapers will probably be very easy, basically only the RSS feeds need to be updated.
