Kobo eReader - $128 in Canada thru Sep 6

In Canada, Chapters.Indigo has reduced the Kobo to $128 from now through Sep 6. That's the price at the cash register -- no coupons to redeem.

It can also be purchased online for free shipping if preferred.

Wal-mart and Chapters matched each other early in August when the previous promo was on so I'd expect $128 at Wal-mart throughout canada this weekend as well.

Given the new Sony 6" reader will be $249 in Canada, $128 for a simple ePub reader that provides library access, Kobo is very good value. also, Kobobooks has a significant number of canadian titles not available from Amazon, and sometimes cheaper prices ... so for those wanting the best of both worlds, a Kindle 3 wifi and a Kobo is pretty cost effective.
