PDF Filenames vs Metadata Title

Some of the .pdf documents on my Kobo's SD card have security levels set so that the actual title of the document cannot be changed. And that is what Calibre "reads" - not the filename, but the actual title.

The files appear by filename on the Kobo. But is there any way within Calibre to change that field?
