What's some good software for reading ebooks on Windows 9*/ME?
Is there any?

What format is the eBook in now?
If it is easily gotten to .txt, I would use something like WordPad, or even Notepad. You would loose features like italics. I wouldn't care, but others feel differently. |

Most are in mobipocket but I don't have many so converting will not be a problem.

I don't know how well it will run on 64 MB ram. You might get better mileage out of fbreader. The important thing is not restricting yourself to 15-year-old windows. DSL is a little newer than that. |

Slightly fbreader can be run in DSL? Or Windows?

Another "oldie but goldie" is the Mobipocket Reader. Surprisingly, there is still an active download page for ver 4.9 here:
http://www.mobipocket.com/en/Downloa...ualInstall.asp Scroll down to the bottom of the screen for the Win98 compatible version. |
