Cannot convert some mobi ebooks to lrf

I often purchase ebooks in mobi format and then convert them to lrf for my SONY reader. Calibre has worked perfectly in the past but the last 2 books calibre failed to convert. I get the error shown below. The mobi ebooks read fine in the mobipocket reader so expect they are properly formatted.

Calibre is version 0.6.13 on Windows XP

Those line numbers match up with version 0.6.3, not 0.6.13. In the latest version (and indeed, starting with 0.6.4), that error is caught and the default font size of 3 is used when there isn't a valid number found for a size value. I'd suggest trying to figure out how you're running an older version. Or perhaps just re-install.

The version number came from the version of calibre I was running. I guess my install is messed up. I see 0.6.14 is now out. Will re-install using that version.

Thank you.
