Well, they're Cajun squirrels, so they're likely to speak in an incomprehensible dialect and listen to strangely compelling music. Also not likely to have much to do with the more agressive little bastiches that seem to plague us here in the llounge for some reason. (I'm looking at you, ya Ozzie bastich.)

That's where the language used is important.
About twenty five years ago there was a fuss about a new company selling "hedgehog flavoured crisps". The public was a bit upset by the use of hedgehogs. The Advertising Standards Authority was upset by the non-use of hedgehogs. They had to be renamed "hedgehog flavour crisps" You see - you can describe one thing as having the favour of something else without a problem. But describing one thing as flavoured with another requires that it does contain some of the second item. |
