How to convert mobi dictionary to dicthtml.zip for Kobo?

I have 2 great legal dictionaries for ereader, but they are meant for Kindle and in mobi format. Is there a way to convert them to dichtml.zip format to use in Kobo instead of one of custom dictionaries? I know that using Calibre for that is useless, but are there some other tools I could use and does anyone know how to do it?

Perhaps your dictionaries are already there, if not, you can try to build and use penelope (too advanced for me), or ask in that thread, or contact the OP.
