pas de possibilité de charger les PDF

calibre, version 7.0.0 ou 7,3 selon le programme chargé*:

ERREUR : Pas de programme associé: Windows tente d'ouvrir Napoleon's Defeat of the Habsbu - John H. Gill.pdf dans une seconde fenêtre de votre bibliothèque calibre. Vous devez installer un programme capable d'afficher ce format de fichier et indiquer à Windows d'utiliser ce programme pour ouvrir les fichiers de ce type.

Que faut il faire*? Quel programme charger*? Dans Calibre*?

Bonjour,

A priori, vous n'avez pas installé de logiciel pour lire les PDF.

2 solutions :
1- Utliser la visionneuse Calibre pour lire les PDF
Icône Préférences > Comportement > cocher PDF dans la liste Utiliser la visionneuse interne pour:
ou
2- Télécharger et installer un lecteur de PDF gratuit comme Adobe Acrobat Reader par exemple.

La visionneuse PDF fonctionne
Mais je voudrais pouvoir imprimer tout ou partie d'un livre chargé en PDF

Comment faire ?

Optez pour la 2ème solution.
Pensez à décocher PDF dans la liste Utiliser la visionneuse interne pour:
Le pdf depuis calibre s'ouvrira alors avec le lecteur de PDF téléchargé et installé.
