Best Cloud Platform for eBooks?
What is the best cloud platform for eBooks?
I have been using Google Books, but it has a 100 MB limit for eBooks. Is there a cloud platform that displays the book cover once the eBook is uploaded? |

Amazon's Cloud has no storage limit, and you see book covers.

What are you trying to accomplish with the cloud? Just book storage or something more?

Amazon's "Personal Document Storage" (which is what we're talking about here, rather than their more general-purpose "Cloud Drive") stores only Kindle-format books.
Of course, you can store books in any general-purpose Cloud storage environment, but I assumed (perhaps wrongly?) that you were looking for tight integration with a reading device. |

iCloud does what you want. But the best cloud solution for ebooks is buying a lowendbox fir $3-4 yearly and installing COPS there.

There are images attached, works on Kobo devices too. This is on a $7.00 yearly VPS (there are cheaper ones too but they are not that reliable). It is not actually that hard to setup. You could even get a VPN out if it. |
