New firmware on old nooks
Is there anyway to install the newest nook firmware on older nooks? Or else downgrade the newer but outdated nooks to the same software on the nook simple touch? I am not talking about tablets.

The answer to that is no. Besides, if you could change the software on the older nooks, then they would all have the storage partitioned and that's a very bad thing to do.

Ever since the software update where Nook lost hyphenation, I lost interest in new Nook software.
I do like the reading experience on the Nook ST. |
