Footnotes
Has anyone found a quicker way to jump back and forth between pages and footnotes? I am reading my first footnote heavy book and while getting to the footnote is a breeze it seems ridiculous that I would have to open Options, History, touch the backspace, touch the x to close up to get back to where I started. Manual doesn't provide any other options on this.

If you are talking about the PRS-600, isn't it the same as my PRS-505? On that, another press of the centre of the joypad (as you did to take you to the footnote) takes you back to where you came from.

No joypad on the PRS-600 - it's a touch screen, remember, and you tap a hyperlink to follow it.
If the footnote has a reverse hyperlink to take you back to the text, then you can of course just tap it again to follow it. Otherwise, the Options / History / Back / Close sequence is the only way I know of, I'm afraid. |
