Steve Fisher was a great pulp writer, writing many novels, some screenplays, and a great deal of pulp detective fiction. His characters have human qualities that allow them to feel, whether they be private detectives or cops.

I've assembled five short stories here. They're not long, but they're extremely fun to read, especially if you enjoy detective stories from the 1930s pulps.

I hope you enjoy it.
