Extract mp3 from EPUB 3 Audio-eBook

Hi guys,

Is there a way to extract mp3 files from an EPUB 3 Audio-eBook? Just because listening to mp3 files over Bluetooth is easyer and more comfortable when driving...

Have you tried a simple unzip of the EPUB3 using your favourite unzip utility? This assumes the mp3 files are actually inside the EPUB3 rather than links to an external website, and that they are not encrypted in any way.

this was brilliant! I was able to extract audio files..is there any way to play the embedded files without extraction?

@sendero - If you open the EPUB file with an archive utility such as 7zip or WinRAR you can locate and play audio files using the default handler from within the EPUB - BTS the archive utility will do the extraction to a temp file.
