Touch Communication error with kobo touch version 1.9.1 - Please Help!

Hi there, I have Kobo Touch with firmware 1.9.10. I've installed Calibre version 0.8.19. on Windows Vista. Originally it works fine. After a few days, I have experienced the following communication error

calibre, version 0.8.19
ERROR: Error: Error communicating with device

database disk image is malformed

Traceback (most recent call last):
File "site-packages\calibre\gui2\device.py", line 81, in run
File "site-packages\calibre\gui2\device.py", line 332, in _books
File "site-packages\calibre\devices\kobo\driver.py", line 249, in books
DatabaseError: database disk image is malformed

When does the error appear, on Calibre startup or when you're moving books to/from the device?

I believe I had this error for a bit as well. If I'm not mistaken doing a Factory Restore on your Kobo should fix this.
