Yes, you can charge it via USB as well. I love my PB 360, very happy with it. As to the built-in language functions and dictionaries: there should be something pre-installed, and there are some others available, both free and commercial.

The wall charger that it ships with is a USB to wall adapter. I charge my 360 either connected via USB to my laptop, or plugged into the wall with my iPhone USB charger. It works perfectly fine and I wouldn't spend the extra $20 for the included charger.
If you don't have an iPhone or any other USB to wall charger, you can probably pick one up for cheaper than $20 locally. Having said that, I'm in Australia and the wall charger was not an option for my country. Had it been, I might very well have bought it, not knowing that the iPhone charger would have done the same thing |

And USB port will do.
PC, game console, DVD player, whatever. If it has a USB port, it'll work. (the U in USB is for Universal.) In the US, generic USB power adapters for wall or car sockets run $6-10. (Unless they're branded for iPod use in which case you can double the price. ) |

How about its English- English dictionary ? Good? Bad? Easy to use while reading? How about the free available English English dictionaries apps ? |

From memory it doesn't come with an en-en dictionary, but if you search this forum you'll find links to good dictionaries and they are very easy to use while reading. I've the the Oxford Advanced Learners Dictionary and a couple of others, all found through links here.

I like the Merriam Webster's Collegiate en-en dictionary. I don't care for the Webster's 1913.
