Voted for 1984 because I've never read it - and I really should. Perfect opportunity.

Voted for The Age of Innocence to encourage myself to read something "new".
1984 is a great book, and I'll probably re-read that as well! Doria Gray was already on my TBR. |

I voted for The Age Of Innocence. I loved the film (though I saw it awhile ago) and have never read the book so this would be a great opportunity.
I also would like to read Anna Karenina, and I've always wondered if it'd be worth my time to read Don Quixote. Honestly I've never heard of (or perhaps noticed) Riders Of The Purple Sage or The Diary Of A Nobody. Neither of their descriptions sound too appealing but you never know. I have heard of War Of The Worlds and Mark Twain, but neither of those sound particularly appealing either. I've already read 1984 and Call Of The Wild. I liked them both but not interested in re-reading. I've also already read Dorian Gray and didn't care for it, so definitely not interested in re-reading. |

Stumbled upon this thread (well, forum really) completely by accident and decided I had to register and take part.
So, hi to everyone on the boards, and sorry for the impulsive vote for 1984. I couldn't help it even though I would have liked to vote up something which I haven't yet read. Maybe some other time... |
