clock hack for EBW 1150???
I know this is a stretch, but has anyone ever heard of a hack to display a clock somewhere on the screen of the eBookwise. I know I can go into settings, time, and see my clock...but I just wondered if there might be some smart person who has figured out another way to do this.

The clock (which is not very accurate over days) was meant to allow the auto-connection to the Gemstar servers and download catalogs with new books, at off-times. It serves no real purpose anymore as www.eBookwise.com does not send New Arrivals notices via the ETI servers; only via web blasts. BTW, the REB1200 also has a clock and it even can be used as a quasi-alarm clock. Check this posting for info on that. |
