Extracting pdb files from Palm Installer

I recently switched from a Palm device to the iPod touch. I have a program based on Infobases that has several thousand church related texts. This Infobase program allows me to export full copies of these texts to the Palm Installer as pdb files. I still have my Palm, and can install the pdb's to the palm's external storage card, take the card out, use a card reader to read the card, and copy the files to my iPod touch. This is a very kludgy workaround.

Does anyone know how to extract these pdb files directly from the Palm Install tool so I don't have to go through the Palm sync/extract process mentioned above? Or is there a way to "sync" the install tool with the Palm Desktop?

Help...

thanks
