Hi guys,
I just installed the new firmware then it seems it was rebooting after the installation. Then I get some kind of error message saying Launcher pro is not responing. So I pressed the reset button on top. Now my IQ is not turning on at all. Do I have to take the battery out? I just opened the back cover but how do I take out the battery? Thanks guys. ![]() |

first try pressing the reset with the connected charger ..

I tried but the reset button in not working. Still no respond from the IQ. What should I do now?
