Exclamation My PB IQ is not reponding!! help please

Hi guys,
I just installed the new firmware then it seems it was rebooting after the installation. Then I get some kind of error message saying Launcher pro is not responing. So I pressed the reset button on top.
Now my IQ is not turning on at all. Do I have to take the battery out? I just opened the back cover but how do I take out the battery?

first try pressing the reset with the connected charger ..

I tried but the reset button in not working. Still no respond from the IQ. What should I do now?

I think you should contact the pocketbook support! You payed for your device, and so you also payed for the support. It's their job to help you.

Hi,

I'd exactly the same problem with my device. For me it helped to open the back cover and un-plug the battery. After some moments I pressed the power and reset button, plugged in the battery on again and it was working fine.

I hope it'll also help with your device...

Yes! I got the same reply form customer service. My IQ is working now.
