Optimal Settings in Calibre for creating Kobo eReader EPUB Files
Hi can anyone post screen shots or settings for Calibre EPUB export? Is there already support in Calibre for the Kobo EReader?

There isn't yet but Kovid said that there should be in the next version.

I wish there was Ichen, to both questions.
I'll be going over to that forum later to file a change request. I'll also be having a look at the newspaper part. This thing has taken 3 days away from me already. |

Yes it does. Check the changelog on calibre website. It's revision 5176.

I don't see anything on the changelog that would indicate support for KOBO.
I do however see: Quote:
EDIT I specifically d'loaded the current version and there is no KOBO listed in the ereaders list right at the start. Last edited by JCSullivan; 05-04-2010 at 03:56 PM. |

You can use save to disk to save to the desktop, then drag to the Kobo reader. And in the next release (they are typically every two weeks or so) it will be there. What's the problem?

I checked again and saw that the revision I mentioned was done after the release of 0.6.51. My mistake. Sorry. |

What the heck, I'm blind, deaf and stupid so it's easy for me to miss something staring right at me.
