separate books folders for KOReader and Calibre

For the time being I use KOReader + NickelMenu combination (because of numerous errors in the last few weeks while connecting Kobo with Calibre on mac via USB)
- The folder with books for KOReader on Kobo is right in the root folder and is called 'Books'
- I also would like to use native Nickel UI to read books sent to Kobo from Calibre on mac by switching from KOReader to native Nickel UI and vice versa
- How can I tell NickelMenu that for its 'rescan_books_full' menu item or 'rescan_books' it should only use a specified folder with books sent from Calibre (say 'Calibre_books') since KOReader is absolutely safe and doesn't need rescan procedure from NickelMenu?

Basically, you could try excluding the Books directory from Nickel's scan. Otherwise, there is no way to tell Nickel to scan a single directory and subdirectories.

No, there is an exclude command in the configuration fine, but I've never used it.
