Generating HTML ToC
Question: Can Calibre's TOC Editor generate an HTML ToC, in the same way Sigil can? Sigil creates an HTML version (on a new page in the book) using the book's internal ToC as a source.

I've been looking, but if it can do it somehow, I'm not finding it.

During conversion, yes (insert inline ToC) but as far as I know, that is still on the editor TODO list

Cool Recently I've encountered two books that have a very weird inline TOC with weird spacing and alignment. It would be fastest to just replace it, and I did so using Sigil. (I could have taken it out, but I like to keep the books as close to the originals as possibe.)
