OSError: [Errno 22] Invalid argument
I tired saving a book after I modified it with the editor and it returned the following error:
Code:
calibre, version 5.36.0 ERROR: Could not save: Saving of the book failed. Click "Show details" for more information. You can try to save a copy to a different location, via File->Save a copy Traceback (most recent call last): File "calibre/gui2/tweak_book/save.py", line 192, in process_save File "calibre/gui2/tweak_book/save.py", line 204, in do_save File "calibre/gui2/tweak_book/save.py", line 59, in save_container OSError: [Errno 22] Invalid argument I even just tries saving the book after changing 1 minor grammar mistake it did not work. Applies to both AZW3 and EPUB formats. Applies to save a copy as well Am I doing something wrong or is this going on the bug tracker? |

That error indicates trying to change ownership of a file is failing on whatever filesystem you have the file on. Transfer your library to a non-broken filesystem and you will be fine.
