Trying to create PocketBook Cloud account

So I'm thinking of getting a PocketBook, and I was trying to create an account on PocketBook Cloud. I can't seem to figure out how though. For some weird reason I need to use a bookstore to login, however there seems to be no supported bookstores in Norway. I therefore tried to use my Google account to sign in, but then the login page just refreshed, and nothing happened. I tried to find a list of supported countries, but could not find one.

So how does one do this if one lives in a country with no supported bookstores? Do I just sign up to a foreign book store?

When you buy a Pocketbook device, you can create an account with the Pocketbook store itself. You can then login to the cloud. My guess is that you cannot create an account without a device. At least you should have the Pocketbook app on your phone or tablet for that.
