By "just started happening", did you mean that literally (as in, "it worked just fine a few days ago", or that you just recently updated *and* it only started happening *since the update*?

In any case, the next question is, what where you doing when it crashed, because the crash is not coincidental with the resume?

(Also, enabling verbose debug logs (FM > Tools > More Tools > Developer options) might be interesting).

Just started happening with the upgrade to 2021.1.1

I could be wrong, but I think I was as the end of a book and presented with the "What would you like to do?" dialog box and I pressed 'File Browser'

I will enable verbose debugging

Using the 2021.1.1 version, I just tested going to the end of a book and then selecting File Browser. No crash. I know the eBooks in question was validated with Calibre's validator and epubcheck.
