You can print to PDF format and read on DR.

Of course but it you have 100 emails; you have to open one at a time and print to pdf file on SD. I am wondering anyone tried to transfer a batch of mails into SD once, if yes, how to do it?
I just want to download my emails/newspaper first things in the morning to my 1000s. Then I can start reading news and email during breakfast in a cafe. |

OK, I miss your point,
I always save only long one to read offline. This is a good point for application, Also I am trying to save my contact list/Address from Outlook/IPHONE sync to the SONY PRS-505. Have you try export from Inbox? |

Select the messages you want to print in outlook. Then print to PDF, saving the file on the SD card of the DR1000S. They will all print to one continuous file (with page breaks between messages).

Thanks. It's working by selecting all and printing as pdf file. This is a good work around solution.
Of course,vIt would be user friendly if it can be done vis connect and synchronizeing between computer and the ebook. |

from GMail to mbox to pdf
I perform the operation by using the program hypermail in linux environment.
I do every morning this to download mail from GMail using a script that downloads the email in a file .mbox. In my case, then the steps are: GMail -> .mbox -> .pdf -> Inbox folder of DR1000S. |
