Kindle 2 Accessibility Access Mode suggestions

I've kicked out a few ideas for an accessibility access mode on the Kindle 2. What ideas can others add to this list?

My ideas...

Add the accessibility access mode enable/disable switch to settings page.

Change available font sizes to start with current size 5 and add 4 new much larger font sizes.

Add "Write White Mode" to draw white letters on black paper.

Larger font support for UI.

Talking UI.

Talking dictionary support.

Add Tiresias font to Kindle. (http://www.tiresias.org/fonts/index.htm)

Some good ideas. Although disabled doesn't only mean visually impaired.

Well I can't let you go with such a leading comment un-fulfilled. How about enlightening those of us that think visual impairment would be pretty much the major accessibility feature for an ebook reader?

Could you possibly toss out a couple examples?

OK... just for the halibut. How about a quadriplegic? His eyes are fine... but he has no easy way to hold the kindle or turn the pages. Perhaps some remote control interface to allow for inputs. This could apply to someone with arthritis. Perhaps a foot control?

Well, just for the halibut, that would be covered as assistive technology adaption and would be outside the scope of what Amazon could reasonably expect to co-exist with non-disabled user's needs.

Adding a switch to the settings page that then enabled access to on screen changes shouldn't unduly burden other non-disabled users of the device.

You don't see GM making cars for quadriplegics but you do find local agencies that make a living adapting GM cars/vans.
