Linked copy in internal TOC changed to blue upon conversion
I have an epub where the linked copy in the in-line TOC has a particular color specified. It matches a color used elsewhere in the book, such as chapter heads. Upon converting with calibre, the linked copy in the TOC turns blue. If I change it back to the custom color, calibre turns it to blue again with another conversion. This is the only part of the book where calibre changes the color. Why? And is there a setting to tell calibre to leave all the colors as originally specified?

links are forced to blue to work around a bug in older versions of ADE where the links were not being colored at all, unless explicitly specified. There'sno way to change that.

OK, thanks Kovid. I'll just manually change the color back after conversion.
