Program that sorts external drives?

I can't remember where I heard about this. On one of the nook boards, someone posted that they found a freeware program that sorts files in external dries. They used it to sort files in their nook My Documents folder so that they ended up in alphabetical order by title.

Does anyone know what this program is? It's not Calibre -- it's a smaller and simpler program. Probably too simple, but sometimes simple is what you need.

Not sure if you use a Mac or PC, but if you use a Mac, I have a small terminal script that does the trick for you:

I haven't seen a program or script on the Windows side, although this tip is pretty easy to do:

Oh, that looks easier than what I ended up doing. I ended up editing the metadata of a bunch of books in Calibre (because a lot of them were listed as by "Unknown" author). Then I was able to sort by author and synch.

The metadata is (whoops I mean are) still messed up on some of the books, but I have enough to read anyway. I can always approach the ones with messed up titles as a "grab bag" because I never know what the book will be until I open it. And I used to love the grab bags at school fairs.

Found it! It's called DriveSort. Someone on B&N's nook Board posted the link:
