Sage specific folder on Kobo for import from Calibre

How should I set KoboTouchExtended plugin in Calibre so that generated kepubs would end up in a specific folder on Kobo?
- by default they go to /Volumes/KOBOeReader/<author sort>
- I would like it to be something like /Volumes/KOBOeReader/.kobo/Books
- similar to /Volumes/KOBOeReader/.kobo/dropbox and /Volumes/KOBOeReader/.kobo/google_drive

Putting books in .kobo is likely a bad idea.
You can set what the destination folder is.

Add the destination directory to the start of the template on the first page of the driver configuration (KoboTouch or KoboTouchExtended). The template I use is:

Elib/{author_sort:sublist(0,1,&)}/{title} - {authors:sublist(0,1,&)}

Elib is the directory all ebooks sent by calibre are stored under. The author-sort and authors are limited to the first entry by the sublist item to keep paths short.
